ATRF 2024 conference paper on the development of TRIPS

At the ATRF 2024 Conference, we presented a paper on the development of TRIPS — Australia's first national trip generation database. This paper explores the challenges in existing methodologies and the impact of creating a centralised data resource for land use-based trip generation surveys. It highlights how TRIPS is transforming transport planning by providing standardised, evidence-based insights to improve decision-making for transport engineers, planners, and policymakers.
