Ben Wood

Ben is the Implementation Strategy Lead for the TRIPS project. He is responsible for stakeholder engagement and implementation strategy for the TRIPS project, ensuring that the project meets the needs of diverse stakeholders and users across Australia.

As a founding partner of Hadron Group, an economics and strategic advisory firm established in 2019, Ben has extensive experience working with government agencies and not for profits on complex projects with diverse stakeholder and user groups.

Ben has background in organisational performance improvement and leading engagements to help clients achieve outcomes from strategy and policy objectives. Known for his proactive approach to communication and stakeholder management, Ben ensures clear dialogue and optimal outcomes in every project he leads at Hadron and in his role with TRIPS.

Ben holds an MBA (with excellence) from the Australian Graduate School of Management, in NSW. He is also a national board member of the AITPM (Australian Institute of Traffic Planning and Management).
